徐州外(wai)事服務(wu)公司勞(lao)務(wu)派遣工作流程
一、聘用新員工
1、首(shou)先(xian)我(wo)司(si)與用工單位簽(qian)訂勞務派遣(qian)協議
2、我(wo)司向用工單位推薦篩選初(chu)試人員資料
3、用(yong)工(gong)單(dan)位面(mian)試(shi)評估,確定錄用(yong)名單(dan),并向我司發送(song)《確實(shi)錄用(yong)員(yuan)工(gong)通知單(dan)》即增員(yuan)單(dan)
4、用工(gong)單位安排用工(gong)正式到崗報(bao)到上班(ban)
5、我司接到(dao)通知單后(hou)在一(yi)個月內與(yu)派(pai)遣(qian)(qian)員工簽訂《派(pai)遣(qian)(qian)員工勞務合同書》
6、用工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位確定員工(gong)(gong)社保(bao)與公(gong)積金的(de)繳交(jiao)基數(是(shi)否繳納公(gong)積金由用工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位確定),我司(si)辦理各項用工(gong)(gong)手續及社會(hui)保(bao)險
二、每(mei)月工資(zi)獎金發放,社(she)保費用結(jie)算
1、10日(ri)前我(wo)司將請款單發(fa)送(song)到(dao)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei),用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)2日(ri)內審核(he)完畢,通知我(wo)司開具發(fa)票,用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)收到(dao)有效發(fa)票后,于每月15日(ri)前以現金(jin)支票或轉賬的形式支付(fu)我(wo)司。(若員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)不固(gu)定,用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)每月發(fa)送(song)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)費用(yong)明細到(dao)我(wo)司,我(wo)司根據員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)費用(yong)明細做員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi))
2、我司收(shou)款(kuan)后,給員工(gong)發放(fang)工(gong)資(zi)和(he)獎金
三、員工離職
1、派(pai)遣員工離職需提前30天(tian)向上級主管遞交(jiao)辭職信(xin)
2、員工上(shang)級主(zhu)管需要當天(tian)轉(zhuan)遞《員工辭職信》至用(yong)工單位人力資源(yuan)部門
3、用工單(dan)位(wei)接到(dao)辭職信后,為(wei)員工辦理(li)完工作(zuo)移交(jiao)和財務清(qing)算手續,并向我司傳真(zhen)具有審批(pi)意(yi)見(jian)的(de)《辭職申(shen)請表(biao)》及(ji)社(she)保停交(jiao)月份通(tong)知即《減員通(tong)知單(dan)》。
4、我司接到減(jian)員通知單后(hou)在(zai)25日前未(wei)員工辦理社保停交手續
四、解聘員工
1、用工單位提前30天(tian)向我(wo)司遞交《解除(chu)借用關系(xi)通(tong)知函》
2、我司(si)根據《解除勞動合同(tong)協議(yi)書》并遞交用人單位審核確認
3、我司向勞務人員(yuan)發(fa)送(song)《解除勞動合同(tong)通知(zhi)函》
4、用(yong)工(gong)單位辦理員工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)移交與財務清算手續
5、用工(gong)單(dan)位(wei)《開(kai)具結算手續證明》
6、員工憑結算(suan)手(shou)續(xu)在30天內(nei)到我司辦(ban)理離職(zhi)手(shou)續(xu)
五、工傷、生育理賠
1,根(gen)據《工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷保(bao)險條例》第十(shi)四條(見(jian)附言1)規(gui)定的內(nei)容,認定工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷,員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷發(fa)生(sheng)后(hou)應(ying)在(zai)第一時間告(gao)知用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)和我(wo)(wo)司。我(wo)(wo)司在(zai)接到通知后(hou),第一時間聯系(xi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),告(gao)知具體(ti)注意事項和需要提前準備的資(zi)(zi)(zi)料(見(jian)附言2),員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷發(fa)生(sheng)后(hou)20天內(nei)需要準備好資(zi)(zi)(zi)料報(bao)送到我(wo)(wo)司,我(wo)(wo)司在(zai)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料報(bao)送后(hou),到工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷科報(bao)送工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷認定書下達后(hou),我(wo)(wo)司通知員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)繳納住院或門診(zhen)發(fa)票,我(wo)(wo)司到醫保(bao)中心(xin)報(bao)銷(xiao)。報(bao)銷(xiao)費(fei)用打到公司賬戶后(hou),我(wo)(wo)司會告(gao)知用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)報(bao)銷(xiao)具體(ti)數額(e),并(bing)詢問發(fa)放形勢,發(fa)放工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷費(fei)用。
2,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)育(yu)報(bao)(bao)銷(xiao)條件:在我司連(lian)續繳納生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)育(yu)險(xian)滿6個(ge)月的女職工,方(fang)可報(bao)(bao)銷(xiao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)育(yu)費用(yong)(yong)。在徐(xu)州(zhou)繳納社保的女職工,預(yu)產期前(qian)(qian)一個(ge)月或一周提前(qian)(qian)申報(bao)(bao);男(nan)(nan)職工在徐(xu)州(zhou)繳納社保其配偶報(bao)(bao)銷(xiao),無(wu)需申報(bao)(bao),無(wu)需刷醫保卡全額自費;徐(xu)州(zhou)繳納社保(男(nan)(nan)女職工)異(yi)地生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)育(yu)報(bao)(bao)銷(xiao)無(wu)需申報(bao)(bao),無(wu)需刷醫保卡全額自費,報(bao)(bao)銷(xiao)前(qian)(qian)提供一份(fen)異(yi)地生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)育(yu)證明。員(yuan)工需要提供詳細資(zi)料見附言3.生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)育(yu)費用(yong)(yong)報(bao)(bao)銷(xiao)后,我司會將費用(yong)(yong)明細發(fa)送到用(yong)(yong)工單(dan)位,在征求用(yong)(yong)工單(dan)位意見后,確定發(fa)放形(xing)勢(shi),發(fa)放生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)育(yu)費用(yong)(yong)。
PS. 1《工(gong)傷(shang)(shang)保(bao)險條(tiao)例》第十(shi)四(si)條(tiao)規(gui)定(一)在工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)和工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)場(chang)所(suo)(suo)內,因(yin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)因(yin)受到(dao)(dao)事故(gu)(gu)(gu)傷(shang)(shang)害(hai)(hai)的;(二)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)前后在工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)場(chang)所(suo)(suo)內,從事與工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)有關的預備(bei)性或者收尾性工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)受到(dao)(dao)事故(gu)(gu)(gu)傷(shang)(shang)害(hai)(hai)的;(三)在工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)和工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)場(chang)所(suo)(suo)內,因(yin)履行(xing)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)職責(ze)受到(dao)(dao)暴力等意外(wai)傷(shang)(shang)害(hai)(hai)的;(四(si))患職業病的;(五(wu))因(yin)工(gong)外(wai)出期間(jian),由于工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)因(yin)受到(dao)(dao)傷(shang)(shang)害(hai)(hai)或者發生(sheng)事故(gu)(gu)(gu)下(xia)落不明的;(六)在上(shang)下(xia)班途中,受到(dao)(dao)非本人主要責(ze)任的交(jiao)通(tong)事故(gu)(gu)(gu)或者城(cheng)市(shi)軌道交(jiao)通(tong)、客運(yun)輪渡、火車(che)事故(gu)(gu)(gu)傷(shang)(shang)害(hai)(hai)的;(七)法律、行(xing)政法規(gui)規(gui)定應當認定為工(gong)傷(shang)(shang)的其(qi)他情形。

5、員工所在(zai)公司出具的工傷事(shi)故(gu)調查報告必須(xu)加蓋公章,事(shi)故(gu)地也得蓋章(原件)
6、本人(ren)自(zi)述(需在左下角貼(tie)上身(shen)份證復印(yin)件,簽名加(jia)按手印(yin))
7、2人以(yi)上(shang)證(zheng)人證(zheng)言(yan)(需(xu)證(zheng)人貼(tie)上(shang)身份證(zheng)復印(yin)件,簽名加(jia)按手印(yin))
8、員工所在公(gong)司與用工單位(wei)合作協議復印件(jian)
9、員(yuan)工身份證原件和反正面復印件一份
10、員工必須(xu)來我(wo)司(si)填寫工傷認(ren)定(ding)申請表(biao)、工傷康復(fu)申請表(biao)加按手印(yin)。如果(guo)員工是(shi)交通事(shi)(shi)故,還需(xu)出具(ju)交通事(shi)(shi)故認(ren)定(ding)書、考勤表(biao)、上下班路(lu)線圖(均是(shi)原件)
11、開具工傷認定參保(bao)繳(jiao)費憑證

1、女職工申(shen)報(bao)(bao):申(shen)報(bao)(bao)表、準生證、身份證原件加復印件
2、未申報(bao)男女職工:準生證、出生證原件(jian)加(jia)復印件(jian)、費(fei)用明(ming)細(xi)清(qing)單(dan)、出院(yuan)記錄(出院(yuan)小結)、發票(piao)原件(jian)

5、上環(huan)女(nv)職工(gong):發票原件、病(bing)歷原件和復印件
6、引產女(nv)職工:發(fa)票原件、病歷原件和復印件,如有住院(yuan)提供(gong)出院(yuan)記錄(lu) 費用明細(xi)清單
